I stayed in a standard double room for one night and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a nice stay. However, I experienced issues with noise from adjacent rooms, which affected my sleep quality. The breakfast could offer more variety and quality as it was somewhat predictable and overcooked.

Just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in Haverfordwest with great value for money. The food was fantastic, especially the County mixed grill I had—perfectly cooked and very tasty. Try the local ales in the bar area for a cozy experience.

Friendly and understanding staff made the check-in process smooth.
Our stay in the Standard Double Room was disappointing. The room was excessively hot, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan. Additionally, we faced noise disturbances from the busy road outside, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing stay in a lovely double room where everything was clean and cozy. The hot shower was fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the lounge area. The only downside was that the bar closed early on Saturday night, but overall, we had a great experience. 😊

The Economy Single Room was quite spacious, and the bed was really comfy! I loved that the ensuite had a power shower—it was definitely refreshing. The room was nicely decorated, giving off a cozy vibe. Plus, the location was perfect for walking around town close to shops and amenities. Just a heads up, though, it was a bit noisy outside at night from the road, which might interrupt a light sleeper. But overall, I had a pretty good time here!

Great stay, cozy vibes!
Checked in smoothly with a super nice manager. My twin room was spacious, clean, with a decent view. The bathroom was a bit tight though. Breakfast was a highlight—freshly made and delish! Just wish there was an elevator for the upper floors. All in all, enjoyed the comfy stay and friendly staff!

Couple looking for a cozy retreat
The check-in process was smooth , I just mentioned my name and boom, got my key. The breakfast was a solid full English, but I gotta say, the juice tasted like it came from a concentrate factory.
Prices were a touch on the high side , but service made it feel alright.
